The ship is in excellent condition considering it is one of the older ships (9 yrs) and everything was sparkling clean. We had opted for â??anytime diningâ? which meant we could turn up at any time and, unless we wanted a table for 2, would be seated straight away in a large table for 8.
The food, service, choice, table companions were all excellent.

The casino was small compared to other ships as one half was set up with cards tables etc because seemingly the Brits like to play games rather than gamble. There were quite a few trivia contents and a mastermind competition which were always well attended.

The MUTS (movies under the stars) was a great success. During the day you needed your headphones to hear the what was showing (unless it was a live football match) and after 6pm you didnâ??t need your headphones. The sunbeds around the pools were always busy on sea days but youâ??d expect that. There was always somewhere to sit elsewhere on the ship though.
I liked the walk around promenade deck but it was sometimes cluttered with people dragging sunbeds over to the railings to catch some sun.

There were about 12 computer terminal and we didnâ??t have to wait at any time to get online. The library was manned twice a day and you could pick up a shortened version of a British & American newspaper plus the quiz of the day. You had to get the quiz early though cos they went like hotcakes. We had an inside cabin C509 on Caribe deck which had the largest shower weâ??ve had so far. The service in the dining room was excellent and the buffet was busy and sometimes you had to scout around for a seat but invariably you could find one.

The shore excursions were excellent. We did the island tour of Dominica, the Virgin Gorda Baths tour and a tour of the Azores. All organised through the cruise ship and all well worth the money.

The entertainment was varied and not too over the top. The broadway type shows were outstanding and the comedian was very funny.

All in all in was a great relaxing cruise.
