overall my husband and i love cruising and know it will always dominate our holiday regime. on the Sea Princess the standards are high, we chose easy dining as we had our 9 month old son with us and this seemed to work very well although there were alot of evenings where we had to wait for a table. i was very disappointed with the food supplied for our son; they only had pureed vegetables and i always had to go to the buffet and ask for it and then wait ages, only to be handed a jar which they would not heat. we ended up buying our own baby food when we got to various ports, which we could have done without. our food though was top notch. the top deck party night was fabulous and we wish they did more themed nights like this. entertainment was good at the beginning of the cruise but seemed to wain as the nights went on. be prepared for butlin's style pool entertainment in the afternoons, if its not you thing there are plenty of quiet sun decks, although they are further away from buffet areas. staff fantastic and great atmosphere. most of the ports we found plenty to do without paying for high priced excursions.
