North and south from Puerto Rico. Plenty of time to settle in. Wonderful organization from 1st hotel to ship and to cabin transfers and explanations at every stop in Miami in Hotel in Puerto Rico. Great .
Ship looked the part, we were booked into a suite 500+ sq feet, seemed very tight and at back of ship with the noises associated with stabilizers and the 'rough' ride associated with the back of ship . Huge balcony .. why ? Room a maize but we got used to shape but not noise.
Service in room god but general attendants and staff seemed happy to continue as their 'tip' was built in .. No Incentive just standard through the ship
Beds on deck tight and far too many BUT the Sanctuary is fabulous if you can book in """! and you pay extra.
Da Vinci head waiter had a bad couple of nights with us , mixed us up moved us to a table hidden in corner just the two of us , waitress was disinterested ' server' no help at all/
Moved to crown and other paying restaurant Sabatinis then good all of a sudden!
Trips booked up quickly too many people too little trip ??
Dance and halls for shows acceptable.
Piazza very lively and plenty to do
CROWN grill chef excellent and service as you could hope for!!
The buffet ? good and expansive but rushed .. too many people ???
Not too sure of overall picture ? didnt like the inclusive tip system , or the rear suite, or the need to use the great Sanctuary
So overall could be improved
